The Live Well Consultation - ($349)
There are no quick fixes when it comes to making health habit changes; however, I do know that there are some clients who may not want or require the detailed custom health and nutrition plan or ongoing support from a coach that is offered with the other service options.
You may be someone who already has a good foundation with your nutrition/lifestyle and just need some help to optimize what you're already doing or to provide some perspective or inspiration on how to make quick and simple shifts to support your long-term health goals.

For those self-starters looking for specific advice or guidance around nutrition and lifestyle behaviours that will help to kick-start a journey towards their health goal and require shorter-term support.

The Live Well Signature Plan ($999)
This is my signature program for anyone who is looking for longer-term support, wanting to learn how to make longer-term behaviour changes/ implement healthy habits, thrives with some additional accountability, has a very specific health goal they would like address and/or wants to focus on their health, but isn't sure where to start. I have found that 3 months is usually the sweet spot for most clients when it comes to getting to a place where they have gained some momentum, are starting to see the benefits of the work they have put in, and feel confident with the tools they become armed with after working together.

11 - 60 minute follow-up sessions (spaced over three months)
